Comfortable cosy atmosphere and relaxiing location. Great service - patricularly for baby.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views and great location.

Breakfast: from a hotel like this you expect a better quality of food. Our Scottish breakfast was served swimming in oil. Bathroom: being in a castle hotel does not mean for me that the tap splashes water and flushing the toilet is a one minute exercise. Overall I would highly question the value for the money in this hotel.

they couldn,t do enough to make your stay any better, the staff from the maids to the manager were so helpfull and you could not ask for more

History of the house and garden and location on Loch.

It was a bit tired and yesterday. Hot water failure on a cold night. Needs a facelift.

What great staff and knowledgeable. The hotel is full of history and has a wonderfull view over the firth. Lovely gardens to walk through and so peaceful.

What an absolutely fantastic hotel this is. It is set in fantastic surroundings and right on the edge of the Beauly Firth. The interior is just as good as the exterior with fantastic olde worlde fixtures and fittings. Fantastic food

The staff made all aspects of the hotel very enjoyable. They were very efficient yet were able to maintain a relaxed atmosphere.

The views over the estuary, and the old fashioned comfort feeling that it provided.
